Kabayaki Glazed BC Octopus
This smoky dish features our glazed BC octopus sprinkled with crumbled tocino sausage, crispy togarashi spiced chicharron, and is finished with a citrus yuzu vinaigrette. The acidity of the vinaigrette balances the richness of the tocino sausage, while the miso corn velouté dots add an overall subtle sweetness.
Minami Chopped Salad with Red Tuna

The new addition to our signature Aburi entrées, the Fraser Valley Cornish Game Hen uses free range Cornish game hen sprinkled with fragrant shaved fennel, paired with seasonal haricot verts, and finished with a drizzle of cabernet vinegar and savoury mustard sumiso.
