Chocolate Honey Vanilla Fondant
This indulgent after-dinner treat features our decadent manjari chocolate cake with an aromatic honey vanlla ganache center, sweet pear anglaise and pear caviar, finished with jasmine tea ice cream.

Chai Tea Apple Mousse
This breathtakingly beautiful dessert is crafted with a chai tea infused apple mousse with a tart creamy apple curd center, delicately positioned on top of a crunchy walnut cookie and paired with granny smith apple compote and vanilla ice cream.
